Rule details
On-leash at all times. Under the UHCC Dog Control Policy 2022 (s11), dogs must be kept on a leash on all streets in areas zoned residential, commercial and industrial. Off-leash exercise is permitted in the parks shown in green. Private property (houses, the golf course, racecourse and school grounds) is not council dog-control land and is left unmarked.
