Seasonal/time restriction - dogs prohibited or on-leash from Labour Weekend to 1 March and/or 20 December to 31 January and holiday weekends (9am-6pm); off-leash at all other dates and times (TCDC Policy on Dogs / Dog Control Bylaw 2023, Schedule 1).
