From November - February (inclusive): Dogs prohibited between 8:00pm and 8:00am. Controlled exercise between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Remainder of the year: Dogs prohibited between 5:00pm and 9:00am. Controlled exercise between 9:00am and 5:00pm
