Kāwhia-Aotea foreshore dog exercise area: off-leash sunrise-9am and 7pm-sunset; ON-LEASH 9am-7pm daily, and over summer 15 Dec-8 Feb plus Easter, Queens Birthday and Labour weekends (Ōtorohanga District Council Dog Control Policy, Schedule 2).
