Including: Te Henui Stream mouth to the eastern boundary of the Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park.; Dune and wetland area seaward of the Coastal Walkway between the eastern side of the Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park to the Waiwhakaiho Groyne.; Exception: Dogs may be led on leash along access ways to the unrestricted areas of the beach.
