Jubliee Walkway (from Wainoni Road / Bower Bridge to Evans Ave on the north-east side of the Avon River) . Dogs must be on a leash as Jubilee Walkway is close to traffic and has high pedestrian numbers Note that the walkway passes though Cockayne Reserve where dogs are prohibited in the reserve, but allowed on a leash on the walkways. .
