Rule details
Dogs must be leashed on Jubilee Walkway, and are prohibited from surrounding areas. Jubilee Walkway runs along the Avon River, from Wainoni Road at Bower Bridge, to Evans Ave (now red zone) near the northern most part of Bligh’s Garden.
