Rule details
Dogs must be leashed in the whole of the Groynes to protect wildlife and health and safety, except: • along the path area between the river and the dog park fence, where dogs must be under effective control (this includes dogs being able to access the river off-leash in the area alongside the dog park only); and • in the fenced dog park, where dogs must be under effective control. (Council control: Leashed/Under Effective Control.)
